B270® is a crown glass manufactured by a SCHOTT specific up-draw method. Our
SCHOTT B270 Glass Wafers offer high stability with respect to solarization in combination with high transmission in the visible wavelength range. It has a fire-polished surface (for non-polished products) and high chemical stability. (Download the B270 Specification pdf from our Resource Center.)
Following is a matrix of standard B270® wafer specifications which are either in stock or can be produced with minimal lead time. Our wafers are inspected and packed in a Class 100 Clean Room and certified to the listed specifications. If you don’t find a product meeting your needs, please contact us and provide your required specifications. Where appropriate, please use an existing Item Number and describe required exceptions.
*Please note that there is a $300 and Ten Piece MINIMUM Order Quantity Per Item.
*All product is priced FOB Origin. Please provide an appropriate shipping account with your order, or shipping can be pre-payed and added to your total. Shipping costs will be provided before final order confirmation.
