HPFS Standard Grade, Corning code 7980®, is a high purity fused silica manufactured by flame hydrolysis. The noncrystalline, colorless, silica glass combines a very low thermal expansion coefficient with excellent optical qualities and exceptional transmittance in the ultraviolet. Following is a matrix of standard Fused Silica wafer specifications which are either in stock or can be produced with minimal lead time. Our wafers are inspected and packed in a Class 100 Clean Room and certified to the listed specifications. If you don’t find a product meeting your needs, please contact us and provide your required specifications. Where appropriate, please use an existing Item Number and describe required exceptions.
*Please note that there is a $300 and Ten Piece MINIMUM Order Quantity Per Item.
