Gorilla® Glass® is a scratch-resistant and durable glass product from Corning commonly used in mobile devices and ruggedized displays. The glass is lightweight, strong and compatible with touch screen technologies. Chemically Strengthened in its finished format, an exchange between larger potassium ions of the CT bath and smaller sodium ions in the glass result in a deep layer of compression starting at the surface of the glass. All substrate are cut to a tolerance of +/- .5mm and packed in a box or crate (depending on size) with appropriate interleaf. Gorilla® Glass® can also be slumped. If you have more precise requirements than offered below, please contact us with your exact needs.
